Steve Bills

Steve is responsible for optimizing operational processes, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and analyzing field output to support data-driven business strategies.

Steve has more than 10 years of experience in operations, project engineering, and corporate development within the E&P waste/environmental infrastructure sector. Prior to joining Milestone in 2015, he worked as a Project Engineer for R360 Environmental Solutions, LLC. where he contributed to front-end engineering design and execution of capital projects.

Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and his Master of Business Administration in finance from University of Houston. He is a graduate of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council’s (EWTC) Executives Leadership Program, was recognized by EWTC as a Top Performer in 2021, and currently serves as an EWTC Emerging Executives committee member.

Steve holds five patents from his career with Milestone and lives with his wife Jordan in Tampa, Florida. He enjoys baseball, fly fishing, and bow hunting.
