Kody Capps

Kody is responsible for the overall management and effective oversight of Milestone facilities in the Midland Basin, including facility personnel, operations, and maintenance. He ensures compliance with established safety and operating standards, environmental and regulatory policies, and emergency procedures.

Kody joined Milestone in 2018 and has held various positions within operations, starting as a wash rack operator and advancing to his current role as a regional manager. Prior to his tenure at Milestone, he gained several years of experience in remediation and demolition.

Kody lives in Levelland, Texas, with his wife Aubree, his son, and their four dogs. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and working on project vehicles in his spare time.
