Hector Cervantes

Hector is responsible for the overall management and effective oversight of Milestone facilities in the Delaware Basin, including facility personnel, operations, and maintenance. He ensures compliance with established safety and operating standards, environmental and regulatory policies, and emergency procedures.

Hector joined Milestone in 2018 as a wash rack operator at the Orla Slurry Facility. Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence and strong leadership skills, he was quickly promoted to various positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to working at Milestone, Hector served in several leadership roles in El Paso, Texas.

Hector currently resides in El Paso with his wife and children. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to sporting events.
