The Top Workplaces USA award recognizes organizations with 150 or more employees that have built outstanding workplace cultures. It is determined by results from an employee engagement survey that evaluates 15 key Culture Drivers known to predict high performance. More than 42,000 employers across the nation participated in the survey, with winners being announced by USA Today.
